Text of Complaint by Unni:

On 12th November 2022, I ordered food through swiggy from 14 districts restaurant near hsr. They debited money & the order was not confirmed by the restaurant. I waited for so long & didnot have an update on my order. Spoke to their customer service team who told me that they cannot connect with the restaurant. Later they cancelled the order.
