On 8th of june 2020 i placed an order for my family and my address was given 1a/6, Kustia Road, Block B, 4th floor, Near Ice Cream Factory, Beniapukur, Kolkata, West Bengal.

As we all was hungry and waiting for our dinner i called to the delivery boy to tell exact building and near location he said ok i know the place i said ok please come fast then after sometime when i was checking swiggy map he was showing somewhere else then i called him he told me i m in your location and he was not in my location he said in my phone the location is different then i told him why you didint told me this at that time when i call and told you about the exact location and you said i know then i told him ok let me talk to in swiggy customer care and i was talking to asif i share him my order screenshot where the address was mentioned and i told him the delivery boy was somewhere else and my address is correct and in the meantime i got a call from customer care and they said sir i m going to cancel your order i explained him everything still he canceled my order and in the chat asif was telling me that sir you cancel your order i told him i didnt cancel, it is cancel from your end and he said (i am really sorry for the bad experience today. The refund of Rs.1373 has been initiated and this will get credited to your source account in next 4-7 business days.) i said ok thanks.

Then On 10th of june 2020 i asked the customer care i want to know my refund status and i was talking with Meghna and told him all the details and send the screenshot she said (Hi Saif! Thank you for sharing your concern and providing information i am really sorry for the hassle that you faced. Please be informed that your refund is still under turn around time. It will reflect into your source account within 4-7 business days from the time it was processed.) i said ok.

Today again i ask for my refund and i was talking with Harsh and i told him everything and send the screenshot again while chatting suddenly it was showing You are chatting with Akeel again i talk to him and told him everything and send him screenshot he was telling to give me few minutes and then suddenly it was showing You are chatting with Zaid again everything repeated Then came You are chatting with pooja again history repeated and then You are chatting with Abid, Now i told him please tell me the email id and after that i am writing this mail.

WHATEVER I WROTE IN THIS MAIL I HAVE SCREENSHOT AND IT IS ATTATCHED.

First time in swiggy i faced this much of problem as you can check i am your very old customer even i have one more account in the mail id of shehlamullick@gmail.com but didnt face something like this.
