I ordered Food at 1 am in the morning worth 200 rupees and suddenly i realized my phones battery is low so as an alternative measure i called the restraunt manger from alternative phone and asked him to share my alternative phone to delivery boy and before starting the ride delivery boy has a word with me on my alternative no. and there was no communication gap and as he reached my destination because he knew my location already due to the last time he supplied the food and as i was going towards him to take my order my order was cancelled and he straight away denied giving me order and went straight to for another order delivery and i tried calling swiggy representatives and they lied saying that the driver waited 15 minutes at your location and you didn’t arrived and hence the order got cancelled and i have everything on record that driver didn’t waited for not more than 2 minutes on my location and i tried calling at least 10 times to these swiggy representatives but some said sir it a global website down and other said sir we will give 50% refund and by returning just 50% of money they are stealing our hard earned money.
