l am a usual ordering food online through swiggy. And likewise I ordered lunch this afternoon. Unfortunately my phone ran out of charge after the order. By the time, I got my charge on the phone, I saw some missed calls and my swiggy order canceled and they refused to give me a complete refund.
They usually just deliver the food at my society reception and move on.
On contacting tech support, they are saying that they will only refund 50%. I lost my money as a result.
