I ordered food from Swiggy and This is my order no 164635893207
This order was cancelled and charged an cancellation fee citing an issue that the delivery partner had called the number and no one picked up
Which is not true. I am living abroad and booked the food for my home and I provided the number to call in the directions as I normally do. But the delivery partner did not call.
They cancelled the order with out calling the number.
I contacted the customer support but they refused to refund citing their policy. Also they did not even acknowledge that they cancelled the order and were insistent I had cancelled the order.
