Hi
I ordered the food from Swiggy on 9th Sep 2021. There was 7 items in my list. Only 6 items got delivered. I informed the delivery personnel in few minutes. And also raised complaint for the same. But Swiggy refused to refund the missing item’s money. Also they requested to rate the restaurant. I have ordered from Swiggy. Everytime I go directly to restaurants & buy, I never find such issue. But in Swiggy I have got this missing things few times.
