Text of Complaint by Arka Roy:

On July 19th I ordered groceries for my home through Swiggy Instamart. I placed the order at 7:15 PM and after waiting for 2 hours I found out that the order status is “finding delivery partner”. I initiated a chat with Swiggy customer support and I was informed that I will receive an email with resolution because they can’t cancel or refund the order due to technical issue. I have missed my dinner that night, it’s been 15+ hours and I still see that “finding delivery partner” on my order with no resolution whatsoever. No money was refunded either.
For a working class person who relies on Swiggy to get groceries this is utter nonsense. I had limited cash to sustain myself for the coming days, but now I don’t have money or food at home. This is such a traumatic experience.
