Swiggy food order was placed 22 may 2021. the location was improperly mentioned as thrissur..i wanted the food to be delivered to trivandrum.
i had a talk with the customer care..they initially said they cant cancel the order..but as i explained my situation to them they told me they shall cancel the order and refund the money statin that the order loaction is incorrect and he also asked me if i wanted the refund as bank refund or swiggy money.i said either way is fine ..and i reordered the sanme order in trivandrum. I waited for the refund til 28 may..since i dint get any refund i contacted them..now they are saying they cant refund the money as it has been more than 48 hours after order has been cancelled..
I cancelled my order after getting assurance from swiggy agent that my money would be refunded but that is not happening now .
