I ordered some groceries in instamart on 21St June of amount Rs.2783/-.The location was taken by the Google automatically though in detailed field I mentioned the address.
When the delivery boy called me , I told him the address and he told me ” why you don’t give correct address,now a days petrol price is so high?”
He travelled nearby house and after reaching there he suddenly cancelled my order without intimating me.
Now my concern is
1. Why a customer has to get such a rude behaviour from a delivery personal even after assisting
2. If the delivery boy could not able to deliver why he did not cancel the order on the first , why he travelled upto my home
3. When the buyer has already received the call why the cancellation charge has been taken from the customer for a fake reason?
This is very unfortunate that such a renowned company is dealing so unprofessionally with his customers.
