Image Uploaded by Sindhuja N:I have ordered for Rs1397/- in swiggy for groceries and necessary items. After I realized the shop was in a Pandamic red zone. I have then cancelled order inorder not to put the delivery executive or my family health at risk within few minutes order was cancelled for which cancellation fee of 50% applied. Their cancellation fee can be high for restaurant made orders but for groceries why they have to apply same cancellation fee.? No other online delivery companies have such higher fees.
