09 October 2020, evening: Opened Swiggy app to place order, Saved the destination address (D2-1902, Ozone Green Apts, Phase 2, Perumbakkam, Chennai). Order placed for delivery to this address.

Cost of order: Rs 1,360 (payment made by Sodexho)

Delivery boy goes to wrong location in search of above address. Then the app cancels the order and entire amount of Rs 1,360 is charged as cancellation fee.

I attach the Swiggy order summary where the delivery address is clearly given, but the delivery boy never came to this address.

I demand complete refund of Rs 1,360.
