Text of Complaint by Laijing:

I have ordered some items through swiggy. I got a message after some time telling that order been cancelled. However, 100% payment was charged claiming that cancellation charge. In fact, i have not cancelled my order. When I used help section, i was told that delivery agent tried to contact me, but i was not contacted by any means.
