Dear Sir/Madam,
On 27th February 2021 at 2.30 pm I made one chicken biriyani order through Swiggy. Then I will wait for my order. The actual delivery time was 30min. After 3 pm I check my order status, the food was prepared. Then I call the restaurant, they told to me they are prepared the food. At 3.15 pm I will try to contact Swiggy customer service for highlighting my issue through chat. I will wait for 15-20 minutes. but unfortunately, nobody attends my chat. Then I cancelled my order. I get my full refund with in 1 hrs time.
28th February 2021 I open again my complaint in swiggy. I will ask them for some compensation for their mistake. But they are giving only for Rs 40 discount on my future orders. Yesterday I am not had my Lunch. After 3.30 pm I cancelled the order.
In the above case, my concern was, they made mistake. If I was made any mistake with the order they will charge the amount. Here I claim yesterdays(27th February 2021) disappointment and Hungry.
