I had placed order with Swiggy many times, however with one specific order -, order # 42990111044, I had been forced to cancel the order. I had selected the Swiggy order by selecting detect my location, however, incorrect address appeared, however, delivery boy told, it would take Rs. 50 extra for just 2 kms. So, Swiggy customer care told, they cannot deliver, so I had to cancel the order, was waiting all the while hungry and been waiting, I have sent multiple emails and they sent problem has been addressed, amount has been credited, but order was placed on June 7th and still there is no amount received, I have also checked with my bank to find if order amount is received, still no amount. Kindly look into this at the earliest.
