I ordered an item from a restaurant called eatfit in swiggy. As I’m waiting for order after long gap swiggy agent called me and he was saying my item is not available, around one hour i waited so that i don’t want to cancel the order, after that the got cancelled automatically without any refund amount. I asked customer care to get my amount 268 as refund but they are saying that you cancelled the order from your side and the address which you have given is incorrect. This is what they are saying. Finally one hour time waste for me as I’m a gastric patient and the amount i lost is 268.
