Subject: Wrong Delivery Due to Auto-Location Detection and Refund Request

Dear [Swiggy Support Team],

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced while placing an order through your app. As I am new to the city, I relied on the auto-detect location feature, which unfortunately selected the wrong address for my order. Unfortunately, I only realized this mistake after the order was delivered to the incorrect address.

I have already raised a complaint and sent follow-up emails, but I have yet to receive any resolution or refund for the undelivered order.But they were not attending it seriously and they are not refunding me.
