Swiggy order number#174499007826854 from KFC North Fort Gate, Thrippunithura, Kochi.
Two pieces of Hot & Crispy Chicken were missing from this order delivery. Swiggy offered a coupon for this but I refused and asked for a refund. After many mail communication also they are telling they cannot refund. Swiggy cannot take money for the item they have not delivered. Even though the item or it’s price is small they should refund the amount to customer as they didn’t deliver it.
