I had ordered food from swiggy but never received the food and when asked they said they will refuns but until now i havent received anything and wen i chat with them they only send templates and ask to send an email which is not helpful as had previous issues with them and they never helped…. i asked for a manager but agent keeps sending templates and ends the chat i want to sue swiggy
