I placed an order from swiggy instamart on 12 oct and my order fas failed but my money got deducted. On chatting with the swiggy customer care they told it will be refunded to you in 2 hours. But still it was not showing then they told we haven’t received the payment and you should contact your bank…After i contacted my bank they said there is no transaction that is on hold….But still they registered complaint and said if it is not gone in benificiary ac it will be back to u…. and today i got mail that the payment is successfull from bank
