Hi sir/madam,
Actually I order pizza of rs 551 from swiggy on 11 April 2022 but the taste of pizza was sour and not good in taste. So i raised complaint on swiggy and after conversation with costomer support executive, he told me that 100% refund is initiated and will reflect in your bank account within 5-7 days. After a week when I again ask about this then they are telling me that it’s our executive failure that he didn’t initiate the refund at that time so i will not get a single penny.
It was there fault that they couldn’t do these things properly. Why do I see my loss.
Therefore I request you to please go through this and do the needful.
