Swiggy is not issuing a refund for the order that was cancelled from their end

Text of Complaint by Rishabh:

So last night I placed an order for momos and the total of the order was 129 rs and I waited for at least 90 minutes. I was tracking my order and it was strange because my order was not moving, it usually says that the driver picked up your order from this XYZ restaurant. So I contacted the customer service and reported the issue and they assigned a new delivery partner. After 10 minutes I got a call from swiggy and they told me that this order is canceled due to some issue I was like okay, I waited 90 minutes for this. He told me that he will create a replacement but he couldn’t process it and issued a refund for the same. I got a message from the previous representative that your order has been canceled and you will receive the refund within 2 hours. I went to sleep around 2:10 AM and I woke up around 11:00 AM. I checked the message that if I have received my refund and no refund so I texted swiggy and asked them about my refund they said that a replacement was created and it was delivered at 2:53 AM. How??? I was sleeping like a baby, where did he deliver the order?
I didn’t receive anything and they kept saying that I have received my order but who received it when I didn’t pick up the call? I slept because I was told that I will receive a refund for my order and not a replacement. She said that she is calling the delivery partner to confirm the delivery status and she said it is confirmed that the order was delivered. I showed her the screenshot of the refund confirmation as well but she was not listening to me
