I have purchased 45 samosa and 500g ribbon chips, I didn’t find any scheduled time for order in the app. I have order it. I need the order only at 2.00Pm. I have ordered at 11 AM so I would like to update the timings to customer care I didn’t find any link to customer care. Simply a bot is responding my queries. Then I got a customer call number through the bot and I ask them to reschedule simply they have cancelled my order and a cancellation charge of 709 is deducted.63957610034 order id
