SWIGGY DOES NOT HAVE WORKING HELPINES FOR PAST ORDERSAS IT HAS CALL CUST CARE FACILITY ONLY FOR ACTIVE ORDER,HAD TO PUT THIS ORDER ID177151745455
CUSTOMER hAVe CANCELLED THE ORDER WITHIN 10-20 SEC AFTER SUCCESSFUL CONNECTING WITH CUST CARE.
1.WHY SWIGGY DOESN’T HAVE BASIC CALL FEATURE FOR ALL ORDERS INCLUDING PAST ORDERS?
2.WHY CUST GETTING CHARGED FOR ORDER WHICH HE CANCELLED IN LESS THAN 10SEC EVEN BEFORE GETTING CONFIRMED?
3.WHY SENIOR ESCALATION DESK HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO REFUND THIS WHEN SHE WAS ON CALL AT THE SAME TIME FOR PAST ORDER ISSUE?
4INSPITE OF FOLLOWING UP ON CALL (TITAL TIME SPENT IS 50MIN +)AS WELL AS ON CHAT MULTIPLE TIMES
WHY IS IT NOT GETTING RESOLVED WITH TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT?
CONSIDERING FLAWS WITH SWIGGY OPERATIONS,
ITS CLEARLY SEEN THAT THEY PURPOSEFULLY INTEND TO IMPOSE CANCELLATION CHARGES ON CUSTOMER.
WHICH IS VERY MUCH UNETHICAL.
CONSIDERING ALL TIME EFFORTS BEEN SPENT SINCE 2DAYS WITH DIFF COMMUNICATION CHANNEL’S
(CHAT,
EMAIL,
CALL )
CUSTOMER ASKING COMPENSATION OFDOUBLE THE ORIGINAL ORDER AMOUNT I.E
RS 376
ON PRIORITY BASIS.
