I had ordered ripe papaya and instead received unripe papaya. After raising a ticket, they did replace it but then sent unripe papaya again. If the product isn’t available it should be mentioned on the product page. And then the customer service executive asked me to cut open the fruit to check my claims. I did that too. But turns out it was unripe and now they are not even bothering to refund the amount.
