Text of Complaint by Aswin Venkatramanan:

i Place my order at 5:24 AM on 15/02/2023 and the swiggy app showed it will be delivered within 10-15 minutes if pay Rupees 15/- extra. Then on the bill i noticed additional rupees 30/- was charged as late night fee. i ordered at 5:24 AM (morning). Later my order have not been received within the time it is supposed to. (15 minutes). i Reached out to customer care to cancel order the agent i had spoken with was too slow on replies and refused to cancel my order and at 5:55 AM order was delivered. i asked the agent to refund my 15+30(late night fee) since order was delivered late. The agent refused and said that only 15 rupees can be refunded. they charge too much money and cheat customers by fake promises and when demaded the money back they elude us by giving that “it not in thier (swiggy) guidelines to refund the lat night fee. i have also attached the conversation i had with agent. Kindly take action onto this complaint.
