Text of Complaint by Nishant Malik:

Last Month on 15 April I ordered food from swiggy but they send me burnt chapatis for which I complaint to them they told me that we will refund you ₹90 that is your loss I said ok but I want that in my paytm account but they instead given it back as coupon in swiggy app that also of ₹80 instead of ₹90 and that too have a validity of 1 month , today(13 May 2021) as that coupon was expiring I ordered food item from subway chain of restaurants total amount was ₹218 after applying coupon it become ₹138(same coupon of ₹80 which is my refunded money)  I have provided them with right address but due to their faulty navigation system it was showing delivery partner other address so they called me that we won’t be able to deliver your order so I asked refund my ₹218 so they replied we can only refund max ₹138 coupon charge will not be refunded so I told either give me full ₹218 or nothing for confirmation you can verify my claim with order no. #101578126527 and #103961710408 of swiggy
