Text of Complaint by Disha Poojary:

I had ordered a cake from Theobroma through Swiggy. Though I had entered the address correctly, the delivery guy could not deliver it saying the said location is too far.

If this was the case, the order should not have been accepted. And they charged 100% cancellation charge for this order. This was never notified to me.
