On 20th March 2023 I ordered food from a restaurant and then asked Swiggy Genie to pickup my order. Delivery partner was assigned, he picked up order from restaurant but did not update on the app that order was picked up. He was unreachable the entire time, kept cutting my call. I am at a loss of 1200/- and Swiggy has not made any efforts to resolve my issue. Swiggy, I want my parcel money back.
