I sent Dog Food pack 10kg worth about ₹ 3600/- through Swiggy Genie but the delivery boy didn’t deliver there and neither returned back parcel to me. Swiggy customer support has been giving me the run stating escalation done, but asking me to check with the llocal aurhorities.10 days have passed still no refund or compensation. Please help.
500rs was paid in cash by customer while rest 3140 was paid online.
