i have placed and order and mistakenly cancelled the order as i was going through options.
i spoke with customer care for about 3 hours as the money was charged. i literally begged them for my hard earned money or to get me my food. the responses were robotic and they wasted my entire day. had the worst time of my life. i was a loyal customer and made lot of orders, but from this moment on I am not gonna use swiggy or let others who know me use the app. completely flustrated as they has wasted my 3 hrs time.
