No one helping to solve my problem.
There’s no fault from my side but I suffering here.
I paid Rs.370.
I need help
My swiggy order ID is : 124442864728
I received special chicken biryani is leaked from packing completely and total food rice chicken and egg is completely out from packing.
It’s very very scary after I saw food in that condition.
I raised complaint on chat after ibsaw that.
And chat automatically told me one of your customer support executive will reach me in 6-8 hrs.
But till now no one contacted me
So I contacted you chat again few minutes back.
One of team member said after long conversation :
You’re unable to validate my claim. And you’ll share feedback to restaurant.
I received food and it’s leaked out completely and inshared my issue in description and I attached 5 images to you.
What else I need to do.
I’m ordering on swiggy very very regularly I didn’t experienced like this before.
if you’re not help me with the problem actually happened to me then what is the use of customer services. And why should I use swiggy. If by any chance this happens again you’ll say: we’ll forward your feedback to restaurant
This is not help at all.

Food is leaked completely

What else I need to do.
