I ordered food from swiggy app on 25th Nov 2022 with order id #152462902296. Order was not delivered to me but in the swiggy app its showing order delivered on time. I am living in a society and delivery guy did not even reach to my society gate. In our society we have to approve the entry of every coming person and i have not received any notification from society bcoz delivery guy was not came to the gate of our society. Ow siwggy is dening to refund my amount and sayung that they cant do anything. I want to teach lessons to them thats why i am complaining here.
