I generally don’t but today, I am constrained to take time and pen the discrepancies, false impersonation and fool making practices of you, SWIGGY.
I, for my guest and children, booked a meal from Chawla take away at about 07.00 in the eve, yesterday bearing Order no. #86794680208 and expected delivery scheduled at 07. 40 PM.
I gets a call at 07.33 PM from Swiggy’s executive who apprised for 10 mins delay wherear assiring it to be delivered by 08.05 PM saying that the order isn’t placed yet citing bogus issues of bike disfunction in the delivery. I allowed.
After 10minutes, I again get a call from another executive who wrongfully contended that the order suffered delay as it
isnt placed by the Restaurant yet and the same needs to be replaced. When I confronted him with your previous lame excuses, he modified his words supposing us to be a fool and tried to misguide us after accepting your mistakes for which he tried to compensate me with a coupon of Rs. 25.
Being rattled with the hunger of my guest and children, I invoked the
Customer helpline support who apprised contradicting fact that the order has been confirmed by the subject restaurant and the order is already picked up by the second delivery partner.
Subsequent to this, after two minutes of the said helpline conversation, I was asked to cancel my order and lastly I received a call from another executive who compelled me to replace the said order in a vehement manner citing absurd excuses and as such, no food was availed to us after linger and wait of 2 hours from the time of placing the said order.
Under such circumstances, I was constrained to face immense embarrassment in front of my guests and my children who were eagerly waiting for the food for last two hours upon your false and lame excuses.
Such an experience with Swiggy wasn’t new but this time, I, gathering all the material proofs, am constrained to attracts social offences of false impersonation, misguide and cheating committed by you against me.
