We have been using Swiggy since 2020. Recently the Swiggy boys who r appointed in our area, just wont come for pickup.
They r supposed to call us before d pickup. They dont call us, but the app keeps saying, they tried calling you, which is a complete lie. We never received any calls. And when we tried calling the particular person appointed, they keep rejecting our calls. We r facing too much problem.
We r unable to delivery things to d customers on time bcoz of them.
Last month May, so many appointed persons cancelled our pickup and delivery. And today again, same thing. Today’s appointed men were +916291787532 and +927980927731.
They r destroying the reputation of Swiggy as well as creating problems for us sellers and customers.
