I ordered food from swiggy and paid for it during ordering. Later the delivery guy marked order as delivered without calling me once and when I complained to swiggy helpline they said they cannot give me any kind of refund or compensation. Even when the delivery guy is clearly at wrong here. He even admitted on a conference call with the helpline executive that he didn’t call me before giving my order to another person ( as per his story) He didn’t validate the other said person either. I had paid for that order and I am denied refund even after it has not been delivered to me.
