Text of Complaint by Tanmoy Ghosh:

On 23/04/2021 I ordered in Swiggy for my lunch at 3 PM. In the app it was showing delivery time at 3.35 PM. Even at 4 PM I didn’t get the delivery. In the app delivery partner’s position was not moving for long time. His phone number was not reachable. Then I tried to reach swiggy’s help desk (only option is chat). At that time they said they will refund my full amount. I told them because of them I had to stay without lunch. Only giving the refund is not justifiable. I demanded compensation of Rs 500 but they refused it. They wasted my time as well. Extremely disappointed with the incident.
