I had ordered a chicken dum biryani from Swiggy. Delivery partner refused to deliver to my address and asked me to collect it from 1/2km away. Now I requested cancellation on their app for which I was denied stating that delivery has already been made. Customer care repeatedly denied my claim of non-delivery and accused me of lying. I threatened them with the CCTV footage of my doorstep that no one arrived to make delivery, while their delivery partner confidently lied that he has delivered the food in my hands. After a lot of talk, finally my refund was processed. I asked them to share details of their partner as I said I want to lodge a complaint against him as he is a fraud and has to be punished for his rude and fraudulent behavior. They immediately disconnected my call and closed my complaint. I am very furious and want to seriously take stringent action against swiggy and their partner. Please help me.
