I ordered dunkin donuts (box of 6) i received a package which was already opened. the delivery guy has eaten 2 donuts and only given 4 donuts to me.
when I called SWIGGY they told me that they took the feedback and not even offered a return on it for their fault. they dint even call the delivery guy to sue him. how can he give an item which he tasted? i can clearly see finger prints inside the donut box. uploading the picture here. swiggy is asking to submit feedback on restaurant. but why should i blame the restaurant when the mistake is on delivery guy?
i called the restaurant and they have cctv footage which shows they packed 6 donuts. Ridiculous from Swiggy.
