I ordered food on Janmashtami. I ordered Veg Curry, they sent me non veg curry and I accidently ate it. My religious sentiments are hurt.
When I asked customer care to delist the restaurent at least for the day, from their app, they refused and continues to be there. I’ve filed complaint in FSSAI against the restaurent but Swiggy shares the resposibility and should have delisted the app for the day, at least.
