I placed order from Swiggy (restaurant name Singla’s) Items ordered were idli and rasmalai.
order no. #136914781741
Got the idli but rasmalai was not delivered instead of it rasgulla was delivered.
Providing the image of the items received. On the bill provided by resturant only idli was mentioned that too bill not clear
Checked with swiggy support and they denied for refund.
Provided all the images which i had(food picture of rasgulla , bill which was unclear )
Asked to speak with senior support staff of swiggy regarding the issue but did not got any proper response.
Dropped an email to swiggy (email-support@swiggy.in) describing the issue got a baseless response on email (We’ve checked the image provided by you and we’re afraid it did not pass the checks we ran before disputing this order with the restaurant)
Swiggy is not investigating the issue.Contacted on Twitter also but same response.
Raised a complain on Swiggy app as soon as i got different item.
Why would i complain if i have got a proper order. Please assist on this. Faced similar issues earlier also on Swiggy.
