I ordered mutton Biryani from a restaurant through swiggy.
However it didn’t appear to be containing mutton pieces and moreover the pieces were stale and cold inside a hot biryani.
I complained to the swiggy customer care but they refused to provide me the refund or reorder.
Also they said there’s no point in claiming any refund as they do not have such provisions, the most they can do is to complain the restaurant about the food quality.
I asked them to let me talk to a senior executive but he refused saying they were busy.
