The mail I sent to swiggy:
With some really disturbing experience today, I am bound to write to you.
If you check my order, 3 masala Dosa and one free idli vada combo were ordered.
However I ordered it on 8:39 pm and received after 2 hours. In the meantime, swiggy called and said some issues happened with the delivery agent’s cycle and within 10 pm he will deliver the order. However, it took around two hours and while I receiving the order I informed the delivery agent MANABENDRA SEN (wearing zomato uniform), that 2 masala dosas are missing.
He made some video and kind of escaped without taking any action.
I tried chatting with the swiggy team however, no one assisted me with the missing food or the refund .
First chat agent cut off the chat on my face and no solution was provided.
After night 10:30 Pm I am left with no food and no resolution and no refund too. Is this how you treat your customers? I never complained about any delivery agent but today your team shocked me with ruthless behaviour.
Now I can’t get the food, so I want full refund of 320 Rs( 2 missing dosa).
Attaching pictures for reference. If you can’t solve this I will put this on social media because he tested my patience really bad way tonight .
