On 19-12-2022 I have placed a order for 2 butter naan from season’s restaurant in Ranchi, Jharkhand, and also the address was put by me was correct as there is only one Taurus Tower in Ranchi, Jharkhand. i have put the address where i was located but due to the technical fault of the app of SWIGGY. Previously all the orders were delivered in the same address without any hassle but suddenly the delivery partner calls me up and demands extra money for the delivery. So I would like to lodge a complaint against swiggy and the delivery partner, for the mental harassment and monetary loss as stated by SWIGGY that I have put the address wrong.
