Text of Complaint by Jasvinder Singh:

I ordered two orders from swiggy on 22nd August 2020. First order was delivered duly for second order the status was order picked up and would take 7 minutes to get delivered however suddenly it changed to order cancelled on enquiring their customer care and chat agent said that you did not respond to our delivery partner , whereas I never received any call. This is highly unethical on part of swiggy to cancel the order that too when I gave the option , I will take the order from your agent as it has been just 2 3 minutes since you canceled it yourself and your agent is around but they were admant on stealing hard earned money
