I ordered 6″ smoked chicken breast and got a cold piece of unknown meat you can’t even call it chicken breast or measure up to 6inch. The Bun it was rapped in looked like someone took bite from one side. It was all rotten food stinking like shit.
Even a street dog won’t eat that stinking food.. It stinks. I didn’t want to get poisoned by the trash. So I asked for refund via chat support and they gave stupid excuses that restaurants doesn’t issue refunds and they can’t do much beside telling me to email details on support@swiggy.in
I emailed them details and after a day of wait they replies they can’t do anything after food was lying with me rotting further. They deliberately do this so they get excuse to reject refund.
Please don’t ever buy anything from swiggy they are bunch of aholes sitting in backend helping the restaurants scam customers.
