This is my 6th order with Swiggy on different dates and every time the rep gives me a calling telling me my order has been damaged n hence will be cancelled, today on 1yth jan 2021, the same thing happened I ordered ice cream and got a call post 1.5 hrs or order time that my order is damaged and they r initiating a refund, before the call got over, I got a message of my order being cancelled and the person just hung up on me, the rep who called me, her name was Shevangi and had pathetic customer service skills
If this is the quality of service swiggy has fallen to, I guess it’s time to take business elsewhere as they really do not value their customers,
