I ordered a food from swiggy around 2.25pm and it’s confirmed at 2.28pm. but while ordering delivery time was showing 38min. But after accepting my order it showed more then 58 min. So I cancelled my order as you seen in image I put the cancellation request immediately at 2.28pm.
And now they are now refunding my money saying that cancellation request has been submitted after 1min.
Its a big fraud they are doing. Even I send lots of mail regarding this. Not at all responded properly .
