Hi, PayTM frequently suggests to play games on GamePind, I played it by spending Rs 39 through PayTm. I won the game, but didn’t receive cashback. I raised a request in 24/7 PayTM service (On 26 Oct 2018).

They are sending same computerized response and closing the ticket again and again without resolving it. I again re-open and they again close it.
I want my refund + the compensation for wasting my time in following up with PayTm.
Compensation amount should be 39 x (as many times my ticket got closed without resolution)
