I recently ordered from jio mart and they delivered wrong product so I returned it. First after the return no communication made by supplier and when I poked multiple times on massanger becuase their customer service number is fake, it advises to use app only. Then they replied stating “you’re refund will be credited as store credit in jio wallet account withing 7 working days”. Without asking me they are processing my money to store credit. Who gives them right take my money as store credit. I want my in my bank account or the paytm wallet. When I asked the same they keep on saying you’ll get refund as store credit only.
