I had Inactived Dhani Freedom card even without using it a single rupee from it.
After so many days after, Now Dhani Customer Care Executives mentally irritating me to pay Pending subscription Charges. This is totally fraud.
I am getting more than 10 calls per day from Dhani.
Kindly look in it and so many people suffering the same like me.
Pls do the needful.

Just waive the subscription fee which your executive said will be refunded after first transaction, at that time your customer support was worst no customer care no. Was provided, only email support was available and you don’t reply to emails, and after long time you guys just call and ask us to pay 3,4 times want we used as credit. This is just fraud.
